I’m on a mission to try every LA bagel and Belle’s is often talked about in those circles, so I stopped by after a run. I got a closed face MCB on a cacio e pepe bagel. They load the bagel up with all of the fixings, particularly cream cheese! The bagel is quite chewy and has a dense crumb more like a classic NY bagel.
