I’ve seen Cedar a handful of times now, and am never disappointed. An artist with their shears; they move so quickly that I am in and out in a moment, making fitting a cut into a busy schedule a breeze. The shop itself is super cute, and has a lovely energy. I feel safe here. Great location. Great atmosphere. Great cut. 10/10.
