I've been going to Outsider Comics (now Crow's Nest Comics) for several years now, and I love it. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and just all-around, a pleasant place to be. Plus, we love local comic stores. They also host a lot of community events, and the community-minded nature of the store is part of what got me excited about it in the first place. Top marks.
