I stopped by with my family while visiting New Orleans. I have been a home roaster for quite a while, and learned about the shop from the roast it yourself podcast. Catherine was there and was as friendly as can be. We nerded out about coffee for quite a while. Our drinks were very good and the shop is an amazing resource for anyone looking to start roasting. A first class operation all around.
