Serra has been my #1 hair wrangler for years now. She is meticulous, kind, and funny, and most importantly makes me look great. I don't know how, but my hair "lays right" for weeks after she's done. Can't recommend her enough, easily my favorite stylist/barber in Portland. (Also Demeamor is a sweet space, calm and a lot of laughter.)
