She explained it exceptionally well and has great aftercare instructions and I've had no complications with the piercing site. One additional note, the ball-end of one of the lobe piercings popped off after heavy activity on my part and lost the ball-end. I went in and Heidi replaced it with a new ball-end free of charge.…
