Cocktail bar in Northwest Portland

What a wonderful evening at Fools & Horses (not an easy name to remember) we tried 4 different cocktails 3 were wonderful (I'd skip the Espresso Martini). Had the oysters (which were huge!) The French Onion Arancini, and the goat cheese raspberry tarts... All very lovely. Sitting at the bar was nice. Comfortable and a great view of the mixologist of a bartender, really a pro. We'll be back
