J Vein has won 1st place for my favorite coffee spots in Portland. And I do not say that lightly. A phenomenal cappuccino, delicious drinks that are not too sweet, and thee best customer service. The owner takes every order and makes every drink on the spot himself. There tend to be longer lines, but it is 100% worth the wait.
