The best bakery I’ve tried in NOLA! The items were superbly made with inventive flavors. Ordered: Brisket bear claw with pickled onions, pralines pan au suisse, coconut and pecan croissant, peach blondie. Everything was crunchy, fresh, and not too sweet. Go visit and order everything. I went on a Thursday morning and there was no wait.
