What a gem near our hotel! Stopped in during our Seattle trip and everything hit the spot. High protein, fresh, light but so flavorful. The smoked salmon was outstanding, and the shrimp/crab dip with roe was just as good. Homemade lemonade was the perfect finish. Edward took great care of us. Kind, knowledgeable, and made it a really nice way to end the evening. Lingon is doing everything right.…
