The Betty sandwich was genuinely delicious and the cinnamon roll was great too, but the rest of the experience needs work. It’s overpriced, and pastries in the display case aren’t labeled with prices, so be ready for a surprise when you check out. Coffee was just okay. Service was rough. I had to remind staff they forgot to give me a pastry I paid for. Need a better process as it seemed prevalent…
