I’ve been getting tattooed by Cece for almost a decade, and just recently had my first tattoo from her done at No Dice! It is such a well designed, cute, clean environment with such good vibes. It’s also very easy to get to via SEPTA (bsl or 17 bus). I couldn’t be happier with my new tattoo and my overall experience! 10/10 will be coming back!
