Eric is fantastic. I often feel like I’m not able to communicate what I want, but Eric really took the time to understand my preferences. They were truly patient and consultative… and the final result was great! Every time I get my hair cut at any of Otis and Finn’s salons, I’m reminded why it’s the only place to go.
