Return policy is too short. I misread it and bought my sister a gift, she tried to return it for store credit 3 weeks instead of two weeks due to my error (thought it was 14 days for refund and 30 for store credit) and they wouldn't make an exception. It's a product they still carry. Disappointing and will not be shopping there - it's just too hard to have 7-14 days especially with gifts.
