This place is a VIBE!! Skot is hilarious and has some absolutely incredible pieces to choose from. I felt so comfortable here & all of the artists are so kind and talented. I’m from the Bay Area California but I’ll definitely be coming back up to Portland just to get tatted by Skot again.
