I tried a couple of coffee shops in Seattle and this place was exactly what I was looking for taste wise. If you’re looking for coffee that is more light roast with fruity notes, this is the place. I also love their menu approach for milk-based espresso drinks, it’s just ratios, straight forward and customizable depending on how coffee-forward you want your beverage to be.
