This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Portland right now! (And one of us has Italian blood.) Their homemade pasta is divine! And their focaccia is a world unto itself. Plus you cannot skip getting a seasonal cocktail or two, and an amazing salad! Next time we’ll save room for dessert. The staff were all incredibly friendly! We love Tartuca! I am making reservations again right now! 🌈💜
