The Cajun Fries as an appetizer was amazing! I wish I could have had more of the mushroom crawfish sauce but the cook had the perfect ratio to keep the fries from getting soggy. I also ordered the taste of New Orleans but immediately had 9-10 bites before I realized I forgot to take a photo. So many flavors with just the right amount of spice.
